Refund Policy

At VIBE, we stand behind our product and want you to be fully satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your first purchase, we will refund your order. To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at LINE ID: @vibe with your name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request within 30 days of receiving your first shipment.

We strive to make your experience positive, but to prevent abuse of this policy, we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds at our discretion.


Damaged Goods

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, accidents can happen. If you receive a damaged product, please send us a photo of the damaged item by LINE, and we will send a replacement free of charge.

 

Returns

If you wish to return your order, we will do our best to address any changes before the package ships. However, once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Returns are only accepted for unopened packages with the seal intact, and the return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Opened or damaged packages are not eligible for returns.
